Standard LB-1B: Client & Competitor search results & classification

This standard relates to copy & classify , from client & competitors' brand names & URLs search phase results using google.co.uk , the URLs of enlisting sites & to maintain Client Record sheet for all link building work .

Freelancer will be provided with

1. Client Brand Name & URL

2. Client Record Sheet with names & URLs of 3 or 4 competitors as marked depending on the Work Order

Client & Competitor search results & classification

1. Search Phrase Type I Alternatives:
     Alternate (a) Use brand name of client (if stated in the Work Order) and those of 3 (if client brand name is to be used as per Work Order) competitors marked , as four (4) search phrases.
     Alternate (b) Use brand names of 4 competitors marked , as four (4) search phrases.

2. Search Phrase Type II Alternatives:
     Alternate (a) Use URL (excluding the part " http://") of client (if stated in the Work Order) and those of 3 (if client URL is to be used) competitors marked , as four (4) search phrases.
    Alternate (b) Use URL (excluding the part " http://") of 4 competitors marked , as another set of four (4) search phrases.

3. (a) Do Google Search using the above eight(8) search phrases and prepare a list in the Work Sheet Download Here , as specified in the Work Sheet, of the search phrases, URLs of sites in search results pages, Type of sites & the competitor brand names in the first 10 google search result pages.
    (b)Record the URLs in the above list ; to do this, always click on the link to go to the web page & copy the full URLs from the address bar.
    (c)Update the client record sheet with the search phrases used.

4. In case of the use of Search Phrase Type I Alternate (a) & Search Phrase Type II Alternate (a) include recording of client enlistment on work sheet and client record sheet as specified jn these sheets.

5. The Search Result Work Sheet & Client Record Sheet will be submitted to XYZ Directories by e-mail

Timelines

Unless otherwise stated

1. The Search Result Work Sheet & Client Record Sheet will be submitted within 4 working days of the receipt of the work order.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated

1.100 % of the fee in the work order will be paid on acceptance of the lists in the Search Result Work Sheet & Client Record Sheet by XYZ Directories.
