Media Content Standards - Landing Page Animation
Standard MC-2D: Video Blue Print

This module produces the Video Blue Print as a part of Landing Page Animation work. A draft must be submitted , reviewed & commented on before final work is started.

Skill Set Required

1. Ability to use VideoScribe or other whiteboard-style animations that is able to create video animations.

2. Ability to use HandBrake or other open source video transcoder that is able to convert videos to .mp4 format from another format.

3. FTP client like FileZilla

Freelancer will be provided with

1. Prepared Video Script

2. Prepared Video Voice Over

3. Server FTP Login details

4. Appoved List of image sources

Design Requirements:

1. The images proposed should be aesthetically pleasing.

2. The images should match with the corresponding script paragraph or paragraphs and accentuate the background voice over

3.The images are to be sourced from any the following
(i) Videoscribe Library (ii) Free approved list (iii) Paid approved list
or, by (iv) custom creating

Work Stages & Submission of Work

Stage 1.
(i) The freelancer will enter details of Paragraph/Paragraphs Text appropriately from the Script & Text Description of Images Suitable to Paragraph/Paragraphs in the columns as specified in the Video Blue Print Form Download Here
(ii) XYZ Directories will review the work & enter modified text description of images , if necessary, as shown in the Form.

Stage 2.
The freelancer will
(i) Identify & list 3 Images matching the text descriptions under the first column &
(ii) Identify & list 3 more Images which do not match text descriptions but better suit the paragraph/paragraphs and fill in suitably the corresponding new text descriptions in the other columns as specified in the Form.

Stage 3.
(i)The Client and XYZ Directories will review and accept the images. if good for selection, & provide remarks, as required, in the columns as shown in the Form .

Timelines

Unless otherwise stated

1. The Stage 1 work applicable to the freelancer will be submitted by him by uploading in the server, within 3 working days of receipt of the Order, for review by XYZ Directories.

2. XYZ Directories will return the Stage 1 work after review by providing , if necessary, modified text descriptions within the next 3 working days.

3. The Stage 2 work will be submitted by the Freelancer by uploading in the server, within 5 working days of return of the Stage 1 work by XYZ Directories after review.

4. XYZ Directories will review the submitted Stage 2 work and will inform the freelancer of acceptance or otherwise of the work within 7 working days.

Reporting

The Freelancer will report on the status of assignment briefly every 3 days to their manager preferably through e mail or, over phone in exceptional situations.
