Module 1A(I) Keywords Architecture

This module produces Keywords Architecture. A draft must be submitted for approval of xyz-directories.co.uk & the final version produced by incorporating the comments of xyz-directories.co.uk.

Freelancer will be provided with

1. URL of the Client web site for which the Adwords campaigns are to be set up.

2. Module 1A: Adwords Architecture for Search Network with Defined Target locations for ads to be served.

3. input and/or instruction from xyz-directories.co.uk. if any

Keyword Architecture

1. Keywords creation - Keywords are created matching the main categories of the business in the web site and the terms or phrases that might fall under each of those categories. Use terms or phrases which are:
(i) specific and targeted
(ii)likely to be used by potential customers to describe the products and/or services.
(iii) inclusive of different variations such as synonyms,singular and plural versions, alternate spellings,changed order of phrases within Keywords.

2. Different sets of Keywords for each Adgroup - There will not be duplication of a Keyword among all the adgroups

3. Keyword Matching option - All Keywords will have exact match option and be displayed within a pair of brackets thus [Keyword].

4. Keyword size - Keywords may contain varying number of phrases 1 to 10 (max.).

5. Keyword sources - Website pages, company brochures & promotional materials,brainstorming among colleagues; Use Google’s keyword tool to get ideas.

Submission of Work

All work must be uploaded to the server using FTP details and subdomain details provided

Timelines

Unless otherwise stated

1. The Draft work will be submitted by the Freelancer by uploading in the server, within 5 working days of receipt of the Order, for comments and acceptance by XYZ Directories.

2. XYZ Directories will send back comments and acceptance of the Draft work or otherwise, within next 7 working days.

3. The Final work will be submitted by the Freelancer by uploading in the server, within 5 working days of reciept of the acceptance of the Draft work.

4. XYZ Directories will check the submitted Final work and will inform their acceptance or otherwise within 7 working days.

Reporting

The Freelancer will report on the status of assignment briefly every 3 days to their manager preferably through e mail or, over phone in exceptional situations
