Privacy Policy

For the purposes of invoicing and communications with our customers the following data is kept: business name, business address, billing address, contact names, contact email addresses, contact phone numbers.

We use PayPal to take payments over the phone from customer's credit or debit cards, and PayPal securely stores the details for future payments. We do not store any credit or debit card numbers. Alternative payment methods offered are cheque, BACS, standing order.

With the exceptions of police investigation and/or court order, we DO NOT pass on your personal information to any 3rd parties.

The usual methods by which we invoice and communicate with customers are by phone and email, although if preferred we do provide postal communications and billing.

We take the security of your personal information very seriously. Personal information is encrypted and held on a password protected computer behind an appropriate firewall.
