For the purposes of invoicing and communications with our customers the following data is kept: business name, business address, billing address, contact names, contact email addresses, contact phone numbers.
We use PayPal to take payments over the phone from customer's credit or debit cards, and PayPal securely stores the details for future payments. We do not store any credit or debit card numbers. Alternative payment methods offered are cheque, BACS, standing order.
Some of the services that we provide require us to share your data and personal details with the companies that we have partnered with. If you use a service that requires us to do this we will make you aware and obtain your express consent before hand. You will further receive an email from us explaining what has been done. The ONLY exception to this is that of police investigation and/or court order where we have a legal obligation to do so.
The usual methods by which we invoice and communicate with customers are by phone and email, although if preferred we do provide postal communications and billing.
We take the security of your personal information very seriously. Personal information is encrypted and held on a password protected computer behind an appropriate firewall.
