Refund and Cancellation Policy

We aim to complete set up of every order within 28 days of purchase, which incurs costs in excess of what we actually charge in initial set up fees. Therefore no refunds can be issued for the initial setup fee.

Cancellation of directory listings are subject to a 30 day cancellation period. The directory listing cost is calculated at £0.29 per day and any remaining balance will be promptly refunded.

Every effort is made to keep our directories up and running smoothly. However, XYZ Directories takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, any directory being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control. XYZ Directories will not be accountable for any loss of business that may result from this and no refunds will be issued due to any down time experienced.

All cancellations must be made to Adam Blackwell by calling 07790 754 357, which will be acknowledged in writing.
