Directory listing cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge if outside of the 7 day money back guarantee. The refund total is calculated from the length of service pre-paid, minus that already received, minus a £30 cancellation charge.

Website design cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge if outside of the 7 day money back guarantee. The refund total is calculated proportionally to the amount of work already done, minus a £30 cancellation charge.

SEO cancellations are subject to a 30 day notice period and the initial fee is non-refundable if outside of the 7 day money back guarantee. The refund total is calculated from the length of service pre-paid, minus that already received, minus 30 days notice.

Non-service refunds are not excepted. Every effort is made to keep our directories and clients websites up and running smoothly. However XYZ Directories takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, any directory or website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control. XYZ Directories will not be accountable for any loss of business that may result from this and no refunds will be issued due to any down time experienced.
