Freelance HTML CSS Coders Wanted

We need reliable HTML/CSS coders with basic image editing skills that can turn an image file, typically a psd (Photoshop) file, into valid html5/css3. We take a modular approach to web design and as such you will be asked to right modules of code that forms the various elements of a web page, such as the header, footer, sidebar etc.. You will also be expected to write the HTML & CSS for any forms, but NOT make them work as we will take care of all the back end stuff.
